Sky Harvest Windpower Corp. has an ideal wind farm site in rural Saskatchewan, Canada.

Studies have shown it to be a superior quality wind resource.

The cost to build will be minimized because a 230 kV transmission line runs through the site in flat, open prairie with easy access by road and rail.

The area has been farmed for over 50 years and we know of no major environmental issues.

Community support is evident from the long-term land use agreement that has been signed by the landowners, their participation as shareholders and by the cooperation of the municipal authorities.

Economic viability will be achieved by the planned construction of over 80 wind turbines producing 150 MW of electricity for an expected revenue of over 40 million dollars annually.

Sky Harvest and Keewatin Windpower Corp. have entered into a letter of intent pursuant to which Keewatin intends to acquire all of Sky Harvest's issued and outstanding shares. Closing of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions including: the satisfactory completion of the parties' due diligence, the parties entry into a definitive agreement respecting the terms of the acquisition and receipt by the Company of the financial statements of Sky Harvest required under applicable US securities rules. There is no assurance that the transaction will be completed as planned or at all.
