CHRISTOPHER J. CRADDOCK, President and CEO
Mr. Craddock has been pursuing wind projects in Saskatchewan for over six years. He has been involved in presentations and negotiations with provincial governments and crown utilities.
Mr. Craddock has studied the wind energy business, and in particular site selection in Saskatchewan. He is singularly responsible for the discovery of the Sky Harvest site that has been proven to have all the features for an ideal windfarm.
Mr. Craddock has successfully negotiated a land lease agreement for Sky Harvest with over fifteen separate landowners that provides for royalty payments and has a term of twenty-five and up to fifty years.
Mr. Craddock is also the President and CEO of Keewatin Windpower Corp. a publicly trading company listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. Keewatin Windpower Corp. is a development stage company with land rights and wind data studies in progress in Saskatchewan.
WILLIAM INY
Mr. William Iny is President of Abra Management Corporation, a private company involved in public and private company management and financing and real estate development since 1981 to present.
Mr. Iny was a co-founder and director of Empire Stock Transfer Inc., a Las Vegas based transfer, resident agent and incorporator, registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from April 2004 to May 2006.
